Hereford Property Services offers full residential and commercial maintenance and refurbishment services, property clearances, pest control and environmental cleaning, to the very highest standard.
Bespoke landlord contracts and property packages are available.
We are situated in Herefordshire and cover approximately a 40-mile radius of Hereford City Centre. Although we travel much further afield for our specialist services such as large sharps clear-ups and environmental cleans.
We aim to be a one-stop source for all your property needs. Typical examples of our work include:
- Pest control to treat an infestation
- Clearing a property of hazardous waste e.g. sharps, bodily fluids
- Cleaning the property – anything from post-rental cleans to post-mortem clean-ups
- Refurbishing the property including bathroom and kitchen refits

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
Hereford Property Services deliver professional maintenance and refurbishment services to housing associations, landlords and local authorities in Herefordshire.
With a combined 50+ years of experience in the construction industry, our staff have the knowledge and skills to refurbish or maintain a property to your preferred standard. We are happy to work with our clients to achieve their desired project goals.
We deliver a quick turnaround so void properties are empty for as little time as possible.
We can undertake all works, from full redecoration services to flooring, kitchen installations, bathroom installations, landscape work, windows and doors, and safety tests such as Gas Safe inspections and Electrical EICR’s.
We are fully SSIP accredited with Constructionline and our health and safety offering is managed by one of the largest health and safety consultancy firms in the UK, Citation.
Our maintenance and refurbishment services include:
- Full extensive refurbishments
- Carpentry work such as door fitting, stud wall installation and more
- Painting and decorating – interior and exterior
- Flooring installation – carpet, laminate, lvt, commercial vinyl
- Kitchen and bathroom refits

PROPERTY CLEARANCES
Our team delivers professional house clearances and environmental cleans for clients across Herefordshire.
Hereford Property Services have a wealth of experience dealing with the sensitive nature of clearances and environmental cleans.
We understand that when circumstances arise that require the need of clearances and deep cleaning the client may want to be discreet. Our staff are trained to be extra vigilant, respectful and discreet when dealing with this type of work.
Herefordshire Property Services offers a comprehensive cleaning service that covers everything from removing and disposing of contents to cleaning of properties post-mortem. We also clear properties that have been affected by the use of sharps, such as needles.
Trained by UK Commercial Group in decontamination and infection Control, we have the knowledge and experience to undertake the most serious cleaning tasks.
Our house clearance and cleaning services include:
- Clearances – part or full house clearances, removal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste
- Cleaning – including hazardous cleans (removal of mould, post mortem cleans, sharps and more
PEST CONTROL
Hereford Property Services offer a range of pest control services to Herefordshire landlords, local authorities and housing associations. All of our technicians have the industry standard RSPH level 2 Award in Pest Management and are additionally trained by the BPCA in the safe use of Rodenticides. We currently only undertake pest management in domestic and non-food commercial properties. We do not currently undertake pest management services in restaurants, takeaways or food processing facilities.
We specialise in the treatment of rodents, wasps, flies, fleas and bed bugs.
Due to our extensive knowledge of construction, we are also able to provide additional surveying, proofing and repairs and maintenance works on all areas, including drainage and loft ingress/egress points. This is something we are proud of as many pest control technicians are unable to offer this service.
